What do we mean by "regenerative agriculture"?

Updated: Jun 4

There are millennial agricultural practices that have sustainability and respect for the ecosystem as their centerfold.

What we love the most about these practices, is they reverse climate change by rebuilding soil organic matter and restoring biodiversity. Also, food grown regeneratively is more nutrient dense, which keeps our bodies healthy.

These practices include:

  1. No-till/minimum tillage

  2. Cover crops

  3. Crop rotations

  4. Compost, and animal manures

  5. Full-time planting of multiple crops

  6. Well-managed grazing practices (livestock integration)
